Vagaro is a wonderful online booking system for your convenience. You can book up to 3 weeks out anytime, 24/7. If you need to book further out, you can call, and we’ll book it for you manually. You’ll receive an immediate email confirmation, as well as a reminder the day before your visit. Please use an email that you check regularly.

Fill-ins & Foreign fills
Lash extensions touch-ups or “fill-ins” start around 2-3 weeks depending on your natural lash shedding cycle, and how well you maintain your lashes in your after care program. If you choose a 2-3 week fill and have less than 75% of your lashes left you will be charged for the extra lashes that need to be applied to bring you back to either a full or glamour set. We are happy to work on foreign fills-other salons’ work. Please book the proper amount of time depending on how many weeks between fills.
There are no refunds on this service so be certain you are following proper maintenance to insure long lasting lashes!

General Policies
NO SHOW
We will allow you to be up to 10-15 minutes late under certain circumstances. Anything longer will be considered a “no show.” If you think you may run late, please call to discuss. You will be charged 50% of your service booked on our “No Show Policy” if you do not show up to your appointment or without giving 24hr notice.
REFUNDS
Since this is a full service specialty we do not offer refunds. If you are not happy with your lashes we will remove them free of charge within the first 7 days of your visit. We accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee, discounted 3% for debit cards or cash payments.
Illness
If you are not well and have a cold or the flu, please do not come. Coming in while sick exposes our whole Med-spa to illness for clients and our team. We will gladly cancel and reschedule you and will waive the short notice cancellation fee. We promise to do the same in return if one of us is not feeling well.
Vintage Lashes offers the all-new trends of lash extensions. We offer Classic Flat Lashes 1 to 1, Hybrid Lashes, which include volume lash extensions mixed with classics, and of course Volume Lashes. Volume can be adjusted from 2 to 3 lashes for a natural look, or you can create Mega-Volume fans if your natural lash condition allows. Whether you want Brown lashes, Black lashes, YY Lashes, Fairy Lashes, we have all the Lash Extensions options! We can create magical lashes if you have sparse or damaged natural lashes because our specialty is Corrective Lash work! We have expert lash artist tricks for hiding lash gaps, fixing and correcting poor work from other salons, and special protective treatments for sensitive eyes. We take pride in troubleshooting and assisting with all eyelash issues. Our products are medical grade, and we practice safety and sanitation to ensure you have the best experience.
